Repeal the 2025 Firearms Laws

Just eight days after the Bondi terrorist attack, Labor rushed crazy new firearms laws through the NSW Parliament without consultation or justification. The Liberals went along with it, and the Nationals didn't even try to stop them.

We as law-abiding firearms owners were blamed for failures that had nothing to do with us. We lost our right of appeal with NCAT, they imposed caps based on nothing, and the industry has been left high and dry.

Now the excuses are running out, and the truth is emerging of who really is to blame.

With Mark Banasiak's repeal bill before Parliament, every MP has a choice: keep defending rushed, politically motivated laws, or admit they got it wrong and vote to repeal them.

If the Liberal and National parties really stand with responsible firearms owners, now is the time to prove it. Put up or shut up.

Email your local MP and Members of the NSW Legislative Council today. Tell them to support the repeal of the 2025 firearms laws and restore common sense to NSW.
