Water is our most precious resource - especially to our farmers. It's a consideration that cannot be ignored: yes, we need water for environmental reasons, we need water for business and industry, but we definitely need water for agriculture.

For too long, water has been poorly managed by multiple layers of ineffective Government bureaucracy with little knowledge of what is really happening on the ground. When farmers have had their water entitlements stripped from them our whole agricultural sector suffers.

Unlike other political parties, the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party have no concerns about standing-up to the Liberal and Labor Parties to fight for farmers' rights.
